This summer, we had the opportunity to participate as an employer partner in the Blackstone LaunchPad Summer Internship Program, welcoming the next generation of innovators, entrepreneurs, and leaders into our organization.
As the internship experience comes to a close, students, mentors, and employers came together to reflect on the connections made, skills developed, and value created throughout the summer.
For us, the experience reinforced that this program is about far more than an internship. It’s an opportunity to:
• Engage with motivated, entrepreneurial-minded students
• Gain fresh perspectives and new ideas
• Build meaningful connections with emerging talent
• Invest in the future workforce and strengthen talent pipelines
Our intern (Basel Kurian) brought curiosity, creativity, and a fresh perspective to our team while gaining meaningful, real-world experience along the way. This exchange has been invaluable and makes programs like Blackstone LaunchPad so powerful.
We’re proud to have played a role in supporting a student’s professional journey, and grateful for the opportunity to learn and grow as an organization in the process.
