IDEL Associates is proud to host an engaging Youth Entrepreneurship Workshop in collaboration with OYLA (Omega Youth Leadership Academy) and Junior Achievement of Arizona, bringing together education, innovation, and real-world business exposure for students in grades 6 -12. This dynamic program is designed to inspire both boys and girls to explore entrepreneurship, leadership, and career pathways in a hands-on, interactive environment.

Held at Junior Achievement BizTown, the workshop will immerse students in a simulated city featuring multiple employment storefronts, allowing participants to experience how businesses operate and how teamwork, decision-making, and financial literacy come together in the real world. Through guided activities and projects, students will gain practical skills while building confidence and creativity.
A key highlight of the workshop is an entrepreneur panel, where students will hear directly from business owners and professionals who will share their journeys, challenges, and advice for aspiring young entrepreneurs. This exposure provides valuable insight into entrepreneurship as a viable and exciting career path.
Through this partnership, IDEL Associates, OYLA, and Junior Achievement reaffirm their shared commitment to empowering youth, fostering economic awareness, and preparing the next generation of leaders. The workshop not only introduces students to entrepreneurship but also encourages them to think critically, collaborate effectively, and envision their future potential.
This Youth Entrepreneurship Workshop represents a meaningful investment in youth development - equipping students with the tools, inspiration, and experiences needed to succeed in business and beyond.
